About this card

Nike, Inc. (Beaverton, Oregon) is the largest athletic-apparel and footwear company in the world, founded in 1964 by Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight as Blue Ribbon Sports and rebranded to Nike in 1971. Annual revenue sits around $50 billion. The catalogue spans footwear (Air Max, Air Force 1, Jordan, Dunk, Pegasus, Vaporfly), apparel (Tech Fleece, Dri-FIT, ACG, NikeLab), training equipment, and SNKRS-exclusive launches that sell out in minutes. A Nike gift card is the cleanest way to spend crypto on any of it.

The card redeems only at Nike-owned channels: nike.com/<your-region>, the Nike App, the Nike SNKRS App, and Nike-owned retail (full-line stores, factory outlets, Nike Live concept stores). It does not work at Foot Locker, JD Sports, Dick's, Sports Direct, Zalando or any other wholesale partner — that is a hard Nike rule, not a quirk of crypto checkout. Converse stores are also excluded despite Converse being a Nike subsidiary.

Each card is strictly region-locked to its store of issue: a US card redeems on nike.com/us only, a UK card on nike.com/gb, a German card on nike.com/de, and so on for the 8 stores we sell. Pick the country matching the Nike site where you actually shop — the exact redemption URL appears on each variant chip above and on your order confirmation. Buying the wrong region locks the funds to a store you can't use.

Nike balances do not expire in the US, Canada, Australia and Japan. EU regulation caps validity (typically 5 years from issue in Germany, France and Italy under domestic civil-code rules). You will never share a Nike login, your name, or any government ID with us. The only thing we ask for is an email address to deliver the 16-character claim code — privacy on top of the price discount.

What you get

  • A claim code, delivered by email
  • A private order page (14-day access)
  • Re-issue or full refund if the code fails
  • No Nike login or ID required

How to redeem

Same flow on every Nike store — only the URL changes per region.

  1. Sign in to Nike on the matching store (e.g. nike.com/us for a US card).
  2. Click your profile icon top-right, then open Account.
  3. Choose Add a Gift Card (or enter the code in the payment step at checkout).
  4. Enter the 16-character claim code from the delivery email.
  5. The balance is stored on your Nike account and applies automatically at checkout across nike.com, Nike App and Nike SNKRS.

In-store: hand the code (printed or on-screen) to a Nike-owned retail cashier — full-line stores, factory outlets, and Nike Live concept stores accept the same code.

Region terms

Specific to United States

United States · USD
Redeemable only on nike.com/us and US Nike-owned retail (full-line, factory outlets, Nike Live). Card balance never expires.
Universal terms
  • Region-locked. A card issued for one Nike store only redeems on that store's domain and Nike-owned retail in that country.
  • Validity: indefinite in US/CA/AU/JP; 5 years in EU stores (DE/FR/IT) per regulation; per-region terms shown on the variant card.
  • Refunds: not refundable to a different payment method once delivered. We re-issue or refund in original coin within 14 days if the code fails.
  • Not redeemable at Nike's wholesale partners — Foot Locker, JD Sports, Dick's Sporting Goods, Sports Direct, Zalando — or at Converse stores. Nike-owned channels only.
  • Stacks with promo codes, Nike Member discounts, and other Nike gift cards on the same order.
  • Bearer-transferable: anyone with a Nike account in the matching region can redeem the code.

Asked & answered

Specifics for Nike cards. For general crypto-payment questions, see the site FAQ.

Where exactly does my Nike gift card work?

Nike gift cards redeem only at Nike-owned channels: nike.com/<your-region>, the Nike App, the Nike SNKRS App (where SNKRS-exclusive launches drop), and Nike-owned retail stores — full-line stores, factory outlets and Nike Live concept stores. They are not redeemable at wholesale partners (Foot Locker, JD Sports, Dick's Sporting Goods, Sports Direct, Zalando, etc.) or at Converse stores, even though Converse is a Nike subsidiary. Pick the country variant that matches the Nike store where you actually shop.

How do I redeem the code on nike.com?

Sign in to nike.com/<region> on the matching store → click your profile icon top-right → AccountAdd a Gift Card → enter the 16-character code from the delivery email. The balance is stored on your Nike account and applies automatically at checkout — no separate field to re-enter at order time. You can also enter the code directly in the payment step at checkout.

Does the card work in the Nike App and Nike SNKRS?

Yes — all Nike-owned digital surfaces share the same gift-card balance once the code is added to your account. That includes the main Nike App, Nike SNKRS (for limited Air Jordan, Dunk and exclusive drops), and Nike Run Club / Nike Training Club purchases. Add the card once on nike.com or in the Nike App and the balance follows your account across every Nike-owned surface.

Why is the card region-locked to one country?

Nike issues each gift card against a specific regional store with its own currency, pricing, catalogue and tax model. A US card carries USD and only redeems on nike.com/us + US Nike retail; a German card carries EUR and only works on nike.com/de + German Nike retail. Cross-border redemption is blocked at the payment step. Pick the country matching the Nike site you actually shop on — the exact domain shows on each variant chip and on your order email.

Does the gift card balance expire?

No expiry on the balance for US, Canadian, Australian and Japanese Nike cards. EU cards have regulatory caps: 5 years from issue date in Germany (BGB §195), Italy and France; longer in some other EU markets. Brazilian Nike cards remain valid for the period required under Brazilian consumer-protection rules. The exact validity for your region is shown on the variant card and in the order email.

Can I combine the gift card with promo codes or Nike Member discounts?

Yes — Nike treats the gift-card balance as a payment method, so it stacks with any promo code, Nike Member 25%-off birthday voucher, free shipping perk or seasonal sale price. You can also combine multiple gift cards on the same order: the balance accumulates on your account, no per-order limit on number of cards.

What if Nike rejects my code?

Open your order page (link in the delivery email) within 14 days. We re-issue a fresh code or refund the full amount in your original coin — no forms, no proof needed. About 0.4% of orders need this and it is almost always a typo when entering the 16-character code.

Why pay in crypto for Nike instead of using a card directly?

Three reasons. Privacy: no Nike-to-bank trail of your shoe and apparel spending, useful if you collect SNKRS launches at scale. Reach: in markets where local cards struggle on nike.com (Brazil, parts of LATAM, sanctions-adjacent regions), a regional Nike gift card sidesteps the issue entirely. Gifting: the code is bearer-style — forward the email to anyone with a Nike account in the matching region.
