Universal terms
  • Region-locked. A card issued for one country only redeems on that country's Amazon store.
  • Validity: indefinite in most countries; 10 years in the EU (regulation).
  • Not refundable to a different payment method once delivered, but eligible for re-issue or refund in original coin if the code fails.
  • Cannot be used to buy other gift cards or to fund certain restricted categories (e.g. wire transfers).

Which Amazon store does my card work at?
Amazon gift cards are region-locked. A US card redeems only on amazon.com, a UK card only on amazon.co.uk, a German card only on amazon.de, and so on. Pick the country that matches the Amazon site you actually shop on. The exact redemption URL is shown on your order confirmation page.

How do I redeem an Amazon gift card?
Sign in to your Amazon account → Account & Lists → Gift Cards → Redeem a Gift Card → enter the 14-15 character claim code. The balance is added to your account and applied automatically at checkout. Direct shortcut: amazon.com/redeem (or the equivalent on your region's store).

Does the card expire?
In the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and most other regions: no expiry. In the EU (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands), gift cards are valid for 10 years from the issue date by regulation. The exact validity is shown next to each region.

Can I use it for Prime, Audible, Twitch, or Kindle?
Yes. The balance is treated as account credit and applies to almost any purchase on the same Amazon store: physical goods, Prime memberships, Audible subscriptions, Twitch turbo, Kindle books, AWS credits, and digital downloads.

Can I combine it with promo codes or other gift cards?
Yes — Amazon stacks gift card balances and promo codes on a single order. You can redeem multiple gift cards from us into the same Amazon account; the balance accumulates.

What if my code doesn't work?
Open your order page (link in your email) within 14 days. We re-issue a fresh code or refund the full amount in your original coin — no forms, no proof needed. Roughly 0.4% of orders need this.
