How long does the credit take to land?

Most carriers post the credit within 30 seconds of our settlement message — and our settlement happens the moment your crypto deposit gets the first confirmation. Realistic worst case: a few minutes for slow chains or congested carrier APIs.

Do I need an account on the carrier?

No. The carrier credits the prepaid SIM tied to the phone number you enter. You don't need a username, password, app or operator portal.

Can I top up someone else's phone?

Yes — that's the most common use. Enter their number, pay, done. No notification is sent that the credit came from a third party.

What if I pick the wrong carrier?

The credit will be rejected by the carrier and we'll automatically refund the order to a wallet of your choosing within 48h. Email support@giftincrypto.com with the order number.

Why is there a $10 minimum?

Below $10, network fees on most chains eat too much of the value to deliver something useful — and most carriers won't even accept the recharge. We default the minimum amount per country to a value that makes sense locally.

Do you store the phone number?

It's stored on the order row so we can re-issue or refund if the carrier rejects. We don't share it with anyone besides the carrier itself, and you can request deletion 30 days after delivery.
