Aircash is a Croatian fintech founded in 2015 and headquartered in Zagreb, regulated as an Electronic Money Institution across the EEA. The Aircash app is one of the most widely used digital wallets in the Western Balkans — a single app on iOS, Android and the web that holds your balance, pays in-store by QR code, settles online checkouts, deposits to licensed gambling operators, transfers to other users instantly, and pays utility bills.

An Aircash voucher is a 16-character alphanumeric code denominated in a single currency. Open the app → Vouchers / Bonovi / Vaučeri → paste the code → balance lands instantly. Each Aircash account is locked to one currency based on the country it was opened in, exactly like a Steam Wallet — that's why we sell three variants: EUR for Croatian or Slovenian accounts, BAM (KM) for Bosnia & Herzegovina accounts, RSD for Serbian accounts. Which Aircash account does my voucher work on?
Aircash voucher codes are currency-denominated, and each Aircash account is locked to one currency based on the country you registered in. A EUR voucher tops up an Aircash account opened in Croatia or Slovenia. A BAM (KM) voucher tops up a Bosnia & Herzegovina account. An RSD voucher tops up a Serbia account. Pick the currency matching your account — Aircash will not auto-convert across currencies.

How do I redeem an Aircash voucher in the app?

You can: pay by QR at supermarkets, fuel stations, fast-food chains, parking, pharmacies; check out at online merchants integrated with Aircash; deposit to licensed Croatian and EU gambling operators; pay utility bills (electricity, water, internet) via the bill-pay flow; top up mobile prepaid; buy public transport tickets in cities that integrate Aircash; and send peer-to-peer transfers to any other Aircash user instantly. Some markets also unlock the Aircash Pay virtual Mastercard for use anywhere Mastercard is accepted online.

Can I deposit to gambling sites with the Aircash balance?
Yes — Aircash is one of the most widely accepted deposit methods at licensed Croatian and EU gambling operators (sports betting, online casino). Once your wallet is funded by the voucher, deposits to a regulated operator work like any other Aircash payment: select Aircash at checkout on the operator's site or app, confirm in the Aircash app, balance moves over. We sell the voucher; the gambling operator's own KYC and responsible-gaming rules apply to the deposit itself.

How long is the voucher code valid?
The voucher code stays valid for 12 months from the day it is issued. After that window, the unused code expires. Once you redeem it, the resulting Aircash wallet balance has no expiry — it sits in your wallet until you spend it.

Can I send the voucher to a friend, or transfer my wallet balance to someone else?
The voucher itself is a bearer code — anyone who pastes it into their Aircash app first will redeem the funds, so forwarding the email or sharing the code over a private channel works as a gift. After redemption, Aircash also supports peer-to-peer transfers to any other Aircash user (free, instant) from inside the app — useful if you funded the wrong account or want to split the balance.

What if the voucher code doesn't work?
Open your order page (link in the delivery email) within 14 days and we re-issue or refund in the original coin you paid with. The most common causes of a failure are (a) a transcription error if the code was hand-typed instead of pasted, (b) trying to redeem it on an Aircash account in the wrong currency, or (c) the code already redeemed by someone else if you forwarded it. We resolve all three.

Can I cash out my Aircash balance back to crypto or to a bank?
Aircash supports SEPA withdrawals to your own bank account from a verified Aircash wallet (Aircash may require KYC on its side for withdrawals or for high-volume usage — that's their policy, not ours). Aircash does not let you cash back out to crypto. We only sell vouchers — we don't convert your wallet balance back. If you want a wallet topped up to spend, this is the right product. If you want crypto-to-fiat liquidity, use a swap service instead.
